Even though Agrinas Bosnia was still active with the milk collection project, this new programme focused a.o. on:

• Starting a farmer's co-operative and Marketing Center
• Establishing producers associations
• Income generating activities of small scale farms:
  • Vegetable farming
  • Dairy farming
  • Sheep farming

In 2004 a follow-up proposal was submitted which more or less pursued the same goals.
